How does multiplayer work?
Haunt Jam is played online with up to 4 players. One player hosts a lobby and shares the room code; the others join with that code. Everyone needs their own copy of the game.
Can I play alone?
Yes. Playing solo still runs you as the host of your own session, so all the same systems apply, you just won't have teammates around to save you.
Voice chat isn't working
Check that Haunt Jam has microphone permission in your system's Privacy & Security settings, and that the correct input/output device is selected in the game's audio settings. If it's still not picking up your mic, email us with your device and OS version.
The game crashes or runs poorly
Email us with a short description of what you were doing when it happened, your Mac model, and OS version. Screenshots or a screen recording of the issue help a lot.
I found a bug
Email us a description of what happened and, if you can, the steps to reproduce it. The more specific, the faster we can track it down.

All purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. For refunds or billing issues, please contact Apple Support directly through your purchase history.
